Skip Keyser Realty Leasing Commission (negotiation of lease renewals):

  • Initial lease-up:

 

                        6% of 1st year's gross annual rent,

                        6% of 2nd year's gross annual rent,

                        5% of 3rd year's gross annual rent,

                        4% of succeeding years' gross annual rent,

 

                        or 1 month's rent ($400.00 minimum) whichever is greater.

  • Lease renewal:

 

                        3% of 1st year's gross annual rent,

                        3% of 2nd year's gross annual rent,

                        2.5% of 3rd year's gross annual rent,

                        2% of succeeding years' gross annual rent,

 

                        or 1/2 month's rent ($250.00 minimum) whichever is greater.

 

Skip Keyser Realty Leasing Commission (negotiation of initial lease only):

 

                        7% of 1st year's gross annual rent,

                        6% of 2nd year's gross annual rent,

                        5% of 3rd year's gross annual rent,

                        4% of succeeding years' gross annual rent,

 

                        or 1 month's rent ($300.00 minimum) whichever is greater.

 

Skip Keyser Realty Commercial Property Management Fees:

  • 4% to 8% of gross rents collected, depending on size of complex, rent schedule,

         and level of service required

 

         or $500.00 minimum whichever is greater

 

Skip Keyser Realty Commercial Property Brokerage Commission:

 

  • Real Property Sale Only - 6% of the Selling Price

  • Business Opportunity - 10% of the Selling Price ($6,000.00 minimum)

  • Combined Real Property & Business Opportunity Sale - 7% of the Selling Price

 

 

Residential Sales & Property Management Fees

*** All fees and commissions are fully negotiable ***

 

SKIP KEYSER REALTY Residential Rental Commission Schedule:

  •  Initial lease-up (month-to-month tenancies and residential leases up to 1-year):

 

                        For properties we manage: 1/2 of one month’s rent

                        For properties we do not manage: 2/3 of one month’s rent

  •  Lease renewal (if a fixed-term residential lease):

 

1/3 of one month’s rent

 

SKIP KEYSER REALTY Residential Property Management Fees:

  • Single Family Residences:

6% to 8% of gross rents collected, depending on location, rents and level of service required

 

  • Multi-family Residential Complexes:

                  5% to 8% of gross rents collected, depending on size of complex, rent schedule, and level of
                  service required


 

SKIP KEYSER REALTY Residential Property Brokerage Commission:

           

            Property Sale Only - 4 to 6% of the Selling Price
