About Us

For more than ten years SKIP KEYSER REALTY INC. has been a family-owned full-service real estate firm, specializing in commercial and residential leasing, sales and management for Napa and Solano Counties. Our agents can help you with any property available on the market, whether or not that property is listed by our firm.

IRENEE RAMIREZ, CCRM, - Irenee has been a licensed California Department of Real Estate Salesperson since 1996 and joined Skip Keyser Realty Inc. in 2008. She became a California Certified Property Manager (CCRM) and a California Department of Real Estate Broker in 2009. She is the Broker of Record for Skip Keyser Realty Inc. She was recently appointed to the California Apartment Association's Contra Costa/Napa/Solano Division Board. After two years teaching science in Lesotho as a US Peace Corps Volunteer, Irenee spent 12 years as an analytical chemist. She now uses her analytical skills to evaluate properties for our residential and commercial clients.

EDWARD RAMIREZ, CCRM, - Edward joined Skip Keyser Realty Inc. in 2003 as a residential property manager. Using his background in customer service and Spanish language skills, Ed quickly showed a talent for property management. In 2004 Ed received his California Department of Real Estate Salesperson's License, became a REALTOR® and in 2006 became a California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) by the California Apartment Association (CAA). In 2008 took more responsibility for commercial management duties. He is currently working on obtaining his Broker's License.

SHAMIRA HEFFERNAN, OFFICE MANAGER, - A 1993 graduate of Heald Business College, Shamira keeps our office organized and running smoothly. Bilingual in English and Tagalog, she welcomes everyone with a smile.

SKIP KEYSER, CCIM, CRM, - Prior to forming his own firm, Skip Keyser headed the Commercial-Investment Division of RE/MAX Napa Valley Realty. In addition to his broker's license, Skip Keyser is licensed as a professional engineer. He is a graduate of Leadership Napa Valley and holds real estate certifications as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) and Certified Residential Manager (CRM) from the California Apartment Association (CAA). Since 1969, Skip has been involved with residential property management, commercial landlord-tenant negotiations, leasehold improvement programs and completed numerous 1031 tax-deferred exchanges of income-producing property.
