was formed in 1997 as a full-service real estate firm, specializing in commercial and residential leasing, sales and management.
- Prior to forming his own firm, Skip Keyser headed the Commercial-Investment Division of RE/MAX Napa Valley Realty. In addition to his broker's license, Skip Keyser is licensed as a professional engineer in both California and Idaho, and holds advanced degrees from the University of Idaho and an Associate Degree in Real Estate from Napa Community College. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, past state director of the California Association of Realtors, and past chairman/current treasurer of the North Bay Association of Realtors (including Napa, Sonoma, Lake and Mendocino counties). Additionally, he serves on the board of directors of several Napa organizations and several commissions, including the Napa Community Affordable Housing Board. He is a graduate of Leadership Napa Valley and holds real estate certifications as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) and Certified Residential Manager (CRM) from the California Apartment Association (CAA).
Skip Keyser has completed numerous 1031 tax-deferred exchanges of income-producing property in California and Washington. He has been involved with residential property management, commercial landlord-tenant negotiations, and leasehold improvement programs in California, Idaho and Washington since 1969. His initial property management training was received at his father's brokerage (E.M. "Kay" Keyser Realty) in the San Fernando Valley.
